The Power of Intention
There is great power in setting your intentions. As you go through your day, set an intention. Clarify in your mind what you intend to do, how you want to feel, and how you want to project yourself to others.
Setting an intention before you begin a task or enter a new situation can greatly focus your mind and revitalize your energy. A good time to do this when you transition from one task to another.
There are many transitions in your day, like when you get to work, or get off of work, or when you get home. When you transition, take a second to pause and clarify your intention of what your goal is for what you are about to do.
Think about how you want to feel, how you want others to feel, what you want to accomplish or avoid. It only takes a minute or so and will greatly increase the chances that you achieve your desired outcome.
Doing this will help you build a habit of clarifying your intentions, which helps you be clear on your goals. Once you make this a habit, you’ll be amazed at how well things begin to work out the way you intend for them to.
Life happens. Having intention as you go through your day gives you more control and awareness of how you handle things. This will help you be your best self and switch your mindset from a reactive one to a proactive one.

Excellent message. It’s imperative to have a right intent regardless of the outcome. At least you must be able to justify your efforts in front of a mirror.
Very true!
